Hope you are doing well.

BYJU’S is the leading educational organization in the country and here we would like to extend our expertise to the students and their parents in a way that would help them learn. Hence, we have come-up with a free Workshop/Scholarship Test and an academic counselling session for the students of grades 4th to 10th of CBSE/ICSE curriculum to understand the issues faced by each student and provide them with the best-in-class solutions for the same. 

CAMPAIGN IN DETAIL: 

We'll be setting up a kiosk at your society premises and would like to reach out to all the residents of the society, so that they can register and avail the benefits of the Free Workshop and counseling session and excel in their academics. 

METHODOLOGY

1. Conduct DOOR TO DOOR ACTIVITY to invite FOR A SIT & DRAW / LEARN FEST at society premises of ANANDALOK ABASAN

2. Distributing pamphlets/flyers at apartment doors and floating a WhatsApp message in the dedicated society group to inform the residents about the campaign, prior to the activity and get the participants registered(6th JANUARY, Friday)

4. Our employees will be present in the society on the chosen date(7TH JANUARY, Saturday) and timing (3pm-5pm) 

Will be having Games and Activities like -


  •  DRAWING COMPETITION
  •  Pictionary
  • Football penalty shoot
  •  Geek Racer
  • Chess Competition 


5. They will be interacting with parents, conducting games & competitions followed by gratifying the students individually at your society premises and get the registrations for the Free Workshop and Scholarship test

6. To spread awareness: Placement of standees and promo tables at different corners of the society/digital notice board 2 days prior to the event for pre-hype

As the Secretary of the Anandalok Samiti, requesting all the members to attend the General Body Meeting on 1st November 2025, Saturday, for a period of 15 minutes only at 8 PM.  Agenda for meeting on 1st November 2025: 1. To Pass or Reject the proposed Bye-Laws of the Anandalok Samity, October 2025 by a majority vote. Only voting - since discussions and proposed changes are being made through WA and Blog discussion. 2. ⁠Signature of the members present in the meeting in agreement or disagreement for initiating court case against the defaulters to recover the default amount of around ₹4,00,000/- from the existing defaulters.  3. ⁠Requesting all Members to help the Samiti to Complete the Members Register with necessary documents.
